About Us


Perfect Gathering Events was conceived by industry professionals looking for something beyond traditional event planning and teambuilding.

Our experience is drawn from over 22 years in the corporate sector and hospitality/meeting management industry, working for companies such as Anadys Pharmaceuticals, Adecco, and Hyatt Hotels. Our clients have included AstraZeneca, Vans Corporation, Fox Studios, the National Defense Industry Association, and the Federal Bureau of Investigations.

In the corporate sector our focus spans from employee services, community relations, employee retention and morale. In the hospitality industry our focus is on budgeting, food and beverage operations management and banqueting/convention services.

Our activities have included working closely with meeting planners to develop and execute successful conferences, conference logistics, event budgeting, coordinating events and entertainment programs.

We have also been active members of Diversity Council and General Manager’s Advisory Committee, with specific goals to improve employee relations.
